Time of occurrence: 15:50 15/11/2006 GMT

Problem: Users can sign in, but are unable to send messages.

Solution: None known. Wait patiently for it to be fixed. (Problems on this scale are likely to be a server fault rather than anything local).

Time of Occurence: 5:00 A.M. on 09/11/2008 -6 GMT (Central Standard Time)

Problem: Many users world-wide are unable to sign-into messenger using any .NET passport. Error code 81000314 is being displayed and there's no resolution to this. Keep an eye on the .NET status page for any updates. Update: It appears as if the entire .NET service is currently down.

Solution: None.

Update: 8:45 A.M. Users appear to be able to sign-in, although most are still unable. Keep trying folks!
