If your taskbar isn't loading because It might be WLM, that problem is on youe computer, not ours. Chris, every computer is different with speed and It depends on how much RAM you have. I have 512 MB RAM, and WLM loads fast, and there is no 9-10 minutes delay...

QUOTE(lance4k @ May 7 2006, 07:16 PM)
I'm not a BETA tester, but is there is any BETA testers out there can u email the windows Live messenger team and tell them to INCREASE the windows live messenger contact list to UNLIMITED. So a person can have unlimited users on their contact list. Myspace, skype etc all have unlimited contact lists. Most people now have broadband internet connections so the contact list loads fast anyway. If a persons contact list is getting slow to load them they themselves can delete some contacts. But the windows live contact list should be unlimited. So BETA testers can you please suggestion this to the windows live messenger team please?

Thanks

Sorry, but that will never happen. Myspace.com might have some unlimited bs, but thats a online portal while MSN Messenger is a program that runs directly from your computer and uses RAM. If they make it unlimited, you dont know how much lag you will get If your PC cant handle it. There is a limit for a reason.....

ieframe.dll is the DLL that is opened when It cant connect to the internet I believe. I think you better check for spyware on your computer. Google for "Hijackthis" and download the latest version, and remove all the spyware (If any) on your computer.

You have to give us a link to your site that we can view, and you have to list the files that you have on your server (.htaccess, index.php, and so forth).

I have contacted Microsoft about this item being sold on Ebay, and its illegal to sell it like that on Ebay. One of the microsoft reps. forwarded the email to the correct guy (I wont mention names here). The guy is going to be traced, and action will be taken from there.

The_Sickness, contact me on MSN (xerocool119@msn.com) because I dont want you to get in trouble aswell since you are the one that bought it.

You need to edit your boot.ini file. Download a program from softpedia.com that modifies the boot file, or do it via notepad which I think you can do.

Yeh. It can be a pain in the butt. What I used to do is: I right click on the contact, and SHO-ZAM! The box is gone. If you see them signing on at least 5 times in about 2-3 minutes, I would tell them to stop signing in & out, and give them a warning that you will delete/block them from the list If they continue to spam.

Someone may delete you because they feel that way. You might not be important to their contact list, or they might not have enough space for contacts. When they re-add you, I don't think a popup will show. You are cached to them I believe. In other words, MSN Messenger knows that they had you on their contact list previously, so It should not ask for confirmation. msn_happy.gif

I may be wrong, but thats how I remember it.

Most servers won't allow music (I know I dont), even if it's passworded.

Good luck though.

If you get a free sub domain, most servers do allow you to host music. Why not? If you can host PHP, and HTML files, you should have the right to host .mp3 files. If not, you can always set up your own server msn_happy.gif.

You can Google. You'll get great results. Buy a domain, and hosting. $10 bucks shouldn't hurt you. You can also set up your own web server with Apache, PHP, MYSQL, and the other things. msn_happy.gif

When a new Mess.be design will roll out (When will one rollout any way o_O?), Is it going to be a regular site with HTML, PHP, MySQL, and JS? Or....Is it going to be sooooo Web 2.0? Web 2.0 is hitting the chart, and Mess.be isn't anywhere close to it yet msn_tongue.gif. I still wish mess.be rolled a new design out soon....I hate the news frame. Zippo. msn_lipssealed.gif
