i just found this on neowin:

Developers of WindowBlinds reported that they have succesfully add Aero-Glass style titlebars support for Windows XP. This feature will available soon in WindowBlinds 5.

sounds awsoem, ive used windows blinds in the past and it hasnt been too bad but a little slow, with somthing like this i would go back

agreed. its spose to be with windows blinds 5 or something like that, which isnt supposed to be released withinn the near future i believe

Well, its transparent, but not the glass effect from Vista, transparency isn’t the hardest thing about it, the refraction is.
