'Cleaned' Msn Skin with content visibility features.

Its not just a normal skin however, it allows for features to be shown/hidden at runtime. It is my first time creating a skin, so it isn't overly modified.

The key features are on the main form as shown in the image. It removes;
The display picture
Name/Status text
Personal Message
---------------------
Window Title Logo (text not icon)
Toolbar above find contact
Adverts
Search bar

The first three items on the list can be shown/hidden at runtime. It is very simple to do.
In order to hide the icons, simply close the window then re-open it by double clicking on the tray ico.
In order to show the icons, just change your status and they will become visible. If you don't want to 'change your status', just select the same status as you had before (Only works if status changed by pressing the top drop-down menu).

There are other edits, but nothing major.
The record voice clip button has been made invisible and moved next to the Fonts button, so it is still usable (I personally dont use it, and nobody uses it to me)
Separators added to the tool bar in the chat window
Ads in the chat window removed
Some buttons from the chat window top tool bar removed
..Other little things...

This happens if you remove something, that you shouldn't, in <mearea> section.

You don't need to change status... it will happen if you close and open again the window.

Not true, it doesn't reappear if you close it an reopen it.
